We specialise in pension and capital schemes, the aim of which is to build up the savings of employed people for their future pension. The support of our experts will allow you to safely implement one of the selected forms of savings or pension schemes. As part of our cooperation with our Clients, we support them at the scheme implementation stage, as well as during its ongoing management and monitoring. We provide substantive support in the area of activities necessary for the proper implementation of PPE, PPO or PPK (Employee Pension, Savings and Capital Schemes). In addition, our negotiations with financial institutions ensure that you obtain the most advantageous, often preferential conditions. We also educate scheme participants on the functioning of the scheme, principles of investing funds, as well as investment results.

Pension schemes - PPE

Pension schemes are an attractive remuneration policy element for any employer. The basic contributions paid by the Employer mean a real increase in remuneration for Employees. They are a fundamental element of benefit policy and talent management. Employee Capital Plans - PPK

Employee Capital Plans are, by law, an obligatory element of the benefits package offered by Employers to their employees. The aim of PPK is to encourage Poles to make long-term savings, increase financial security and relieve the burden on the pension system (ZUS). Decisions related to launching PPK by the Employer require responsibility for actions taken and are connected with the risk of making a wrong choice. By engaging a professional advisor, you protect your own interests as well as your employees' savings in the programme.

The service provided by Pension and Capital Schemes Office of Mentor S.A. is based on recognising and defining the needs of the Employer and the social side, on the basis of which we review the offers of institutions managing PPK and recommend the most advantageous ones. When implementing PPK, we are at your disposal at every step, starting with support in developing criteria for selecting the managing institution, through analysis of offers submitted by managers, preparation of recommendations, successful conclusion of previously analysed and negotiated contractual terms, and ending with assistance in the information campaign for employees.
