The last, and often the most important stage of a broker's work is assistance in obtaining compensation. In this area we put at your full disposal a team of several employees of the Loss Adjustment Legal Office, composed, among others, of legal advisors and engineers with specialist technical knowledge. We know from experience that just such a combination of competence and human skills gives the best results in the loss adjustment process. We conduct the loss adjustment process from the moment we become aware of the damage to the payment of compensation in the amount of the Customer's justified claim.

In the last three years with the participation of Mentor S.A. our Clients have adjusted losses in the total amount of over 250,000,000.00 PLN.
The greatest number of losses concerned insurance from fire and other risks as well as from all risks (over 100,000,000.00 PLN). In other insurance groups it was respectively:
- third party liability insurance due to conducted business activity - loss worth over 39,000,000.00 PLN,
- machinery insurance - loss of the value over PLN 10,000,000.00,
- theft and accident insurance - loss of the value over PLN 22,000,000.00,
- aerocasco - loss worth over PLN 14,000,000.00.
